Post Survey

It is the goal of the Vancouver Coastal Health Public Health Team to offer the best possible training opportunity for teachers, administrators and other school personnel who support students with medical conditions.

This web-based self directed learning is a new approach to teaching school staff about medical conditions. It is intended to make learning more accessible to school staff, instead of scheduled, once a year, in person training.

We welcome your feedback to help us improve this training experience. Thank you for taking time to complete this anonymous survey. This survey is voluntary.
You will have the option to save your results and complete this survey at a later time if needed.
